Culinary Professionals Greece Association
The Culinary Professionals Greece is a professional, non-profit association, established in 1994 in Thessaloniki as the Chefs Association of Northern Greece, aiming to unite chefs from all over Greece in a shared dedication to professional excellence, provide educational support, promote the gastronomy tradition and provide humanitarian aid to those in need. Culinary Professionals Greece is an official member of Worldchefs. Association members are professional chefs, pastry chefs and food experts that fulfill the required standards, as declared in the Articles of Association, and participate voluntarily in all the association's activities.
Continuing Education
Our main concern is the continuous and responsible training of our members in the constantly evolving methods of gastronomy.
Collaborations & Partnerships
Cooperation and partnership with other European and international co-operative associations, for the better information and briefing of the members on the new data and developments of the food and cooking industry.
Organization of Competitions
Encouraging healthy competition through the participation and organization of culinary competitions.
Greek Gastronomy
Advancement and dissemination of the Greek gastronomic tradition, locally and internationally.
Public Benefit Actions
Development of humanitarian actions for public benefit purposes.

The Macedonian Cuisine is an initiative of the Region of Central Macedonia that aims to highlight the rich culinary tradition of Macedonia in relation to local products, supporting and expanding the Gastronomical Tourism of the region.
