International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe

The International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe is organized every two years from the Culinary Professionals Greece (Chefs Association of Northern Greece till 2021), in collaboration with Thessaloniki International Exhibition and Congress Centre (TIF-HELEXPO SA) and is supported by the Worldchefs. The 2019 competition has gathered more than 540 participants from 22 countries, outstanding Chefs and Culinary Schools, that competed on 30 categories and were evaluated by 23 international jury members, all well known professionals in gastronomic arts. On the 10th International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe, we had the pleasure to host Mr. Thomas A. Gugler, President of the Worldchefs. The International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe is a unique opportunity to improve competitiveness, while, at the same time, it offers an educational and creative platform to Chefs from around the World. For us it’s more than a competition… It is a meeting point for the culinary professionals and a chance for a special tasting experience!

12th International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe

The International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe is organized every two years by Culinary Professionals Greece, in collaboration with TIF HELEXPO SA and is supported by the Worldchefs. The 12th International Culinary Competition of Southern Europe, the largest gastronomic event in South Europe, was a great success. The event welcomed 400 students and professional chefs, as well as international judges, from 15 countries all over the world. Held from February 17 to 20, 2023 at the International Exhibition & Congress Centre (TIF HELEXPO SA), Thessaloniki, Greece. This year’s competition included 27 different categories based on the rules, regulations and judging criteria as specified by Worldchefs.
